Hi,
I have started using usergroups on this site, so that I can host several forums with access control.

If you have just registered, you will probably want to join one or more user groups.  You can't do this yourself.  It must be done for you by the person in control of the group.  If you can't see the forum you expect, you probably aren't a member of the right group yet.  Email your contact person and ask them to add you.
